Permet adaptar de manera din\u00e0mica les compet\u00e8ncies de les persones a les necessitats de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<br>En l&#8217;opci\u00f3 de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 360\u00ba, cada persona \u00e9s avaluada per totes les persones clau amb les quals es relaciona en el seu entorn laboral a m\u00e9s d&#8217;una autoavaluaci\u00f3 de les pr\u00f2pies compet\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les compet\u00e8ncies laborals?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong><a href=\"\/tag\/competencias-laborales\/\">compet\u00e8ncies laborals<\/a><\/strong> s\u00f3n comportaments, habilitats, caracter\u00edstiques personals, actituds i motivacions.
